Listed companies & corporate financing Initial Coin Offering (ICO): Black list

List of ICOs that have had their approval withdrawn and issuers who have published misleading information about the issue of the approval (black list)

Published on June 14, 2019

If the AMF realises that the ICO proposed to the public no longer complies with the contents of the previously-approved information document or does not provide the specified guarantees, it may withdraw its approval and consequently add the ICO to a black list.

This list will also include ICOs that, after applying for an AMF approval or not, publish information containing inaccurate or misleading indications concerning the issue of such approval, its scope or its consequences.

Since the AMF approval is optional, you are reminded that the withdrawal of the approval (whether temporary or permanent) will not result in the suspension of the ongoing ICO which may continue, although without the issuer being able to make reference to the AMF approval.
